About us
Crichton Realty Group, Ltd. / Crichton Rentals is a family-owned business that has served the real estate needs of Northwest Lake County for 38 years.
Over that time, Crichton Rentals has built, purchased and managed more than 240 properties. Today we serve over 140 tenants and customers in commercial and residential leasing, purchasing, marketing and management.
Crichton Realty Group, Ltd. was founded to bring that experience to more people — to serve our tenants and customers better, and to market and sell properties on behalf of owners. Crichton Rentals is being merged into the Group so it's all under one roof.
We're a small office. You'll deal with the same people from the first showing through the lease or the closing, and long after.
