Miriam has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She graduated from Robert Morris University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She has been employed with Crichton Rentals for the past ten years, and is currently working with the merging to Crichton Realty Group, Ltd. She has managed more than 100 tenants performing move in/out inspections, application processing, leases and has managed to keep vacancies at a low percentage, managing over 50 properties. Tom has owned Crichton Rentals for 35 years. He has built, purchased and rehabbed over 240 properties. Tom and his staff currently manage over 140 tenants/customers. Over the past few years Tom founded Crichton Realty Group, Ltd. and is merging Crichton Rentals with it. This is to better serve our tenants/customers and to market and sell customer’s properties.
